Finance for Non-Finance Directors: Financial Business Management Tools and Financial Business Concepts for Executive and Non-Executive directors

This course will provide essential knowledge of the key financial management issues and concepts needed by all current or aspiring Executive and Non-Executive Directors in order to be effective members of the boards of private, public or not-for-profit organisations in today’s demanding financial environment.

The successful completion of this course will provide attendees with a sound financial understanding and the practical knowledge of how and when to apply those skills within their own businesses backed by a theoretical financial knowledge base.

Registration Fees

Event / Course Fee: Select this option if you wish to pay by cheque or you require an invoice prior to payment.

Payment with Booking Fee: Select this option if you are able to pay by BACs or credit/debit card at the time of making the booking

Tier1 Member Fee: Select this option if you are an Executive Transitions Tier1 Member (more information about Executive Transitions membership can be found here)

Please note, whichever option you select, the booking is not complete until payment has been received. Once payment has been received you will be sent your course joining instructions and a VAT invoice as confirmation.

Course and Event Cancellation Policy

Places on courses and events are limited and we therefore operate a cancellation policy regarding refunds and transfers. Once you have received confirmation of your place on the course or event you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation more than three weeks before the course or event date.

Written notification of cancellation can be sent via email to registration@executive-transitions.net or by post to Portfolio Careers Ltd, Banbury Road Business Centre, 166 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7BT. For bookings cancelled more than three weeks before the course or event, delegates will be able to change the date of their booking free-of-charge, or 100% of the fees that have been paid will be refunded. For bookings cancelled three weeks or less before the event, no refund will be made other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the course or event leader.

Please note that for bookings made three weeks or less before the event, the course or event fee will be non-refundable, other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the course or event leader. If a cancellation is made three weeks or less before a course or event, applicants will be able to book on a further course or event for an additional fee. This fee is non-refundable should the delegate then choose to cancel this booking. No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course or event.

In the case of cancellation of a course or event by Executive Transitions, we will endeavour to inform all participants at least two weeks before the course or event is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. In such a case, all course or event fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may be incurred, such as flights or accommodation.

If dates have to be changed by Executive Transitions, delegates may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.
